It is our great honor to invite you to C-HOPE 2026 – International Congress on Holistic Development and Positive Education, which will be hosted by Girne American University in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The congress will be held on May 7–9, 2026, at the Assembly of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The main theme of the congress is “Holistic Development and Sustainability”. In this context, the congress aims to address transformation-oriented perspectives in education by focusing on holistic approaches that encompass not only academic achievement but also cognitive, social, emotional, and ethical development. Topics such as positive education, social-emotional learning, values education, and sustainable development will be discussed through an interdisciplinary perspective.
C-HOPE 2026 offers a multi-dimensional program structure including scientific paper presentations, panels, workshops, and practical training sessions for teachers. The congress aims to bring together academics, policymakers, and practitioners from different countries, creating a strong platform for international collaboration and interaction.
Participation in the congress is free of charge, and the event holds an international scope, meeting the criteria for academic promotion and incentive systems. The quota for participants from Türkiye is limited to a maximum of 40%. Online presentation sessions will also be available for participants joining from outside TRNC.
Submitted abstracts and full papers will be evaluated through a double-blind peer review process. Accepted abstracts and full texts will be published in ISBN-registered congress proceedings. Additionally, official appointment letters for organizing, advisory, and scientific committees will be included in the appendix of the proceedings.
The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English.
