Authors may upload their full papers after logging into the congress portal via the “Full Paper Submission” button. Confirmation of receipt will be provided within a maximum of three (3) business days.
Manuscripts intended for publication in journals must be prepared in accordance with the relevant journal’s author guidelines and submitted directly through the journal’s own submission system. Such submissions are not processed via the congress system.
Authors are required to prepare full papers in compliance with the official congress full paper template and formatting rules. The embedded style gallery has been configured accordingly and should be used during formatting.
In-text citations and reference lists must comply with APA 7 (American Psychological Association, 7th Edition). Detailed guidelines are available at:

- The abstract must not exceed 300 words.
- Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX) format.
- The manuscript must include clearly defined research questions and/or a problem statement.
- The text must include a conceptual/theoretical framework, analytical methods, findings, and conclusions.
- Final submissions must be uploaded to the system in Word format.
- Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, single column, A4 size.
- All margins must be 2.5 cm.
- Paragraphs must begin with a 1.25 cm indentation.
- Use bold formatting for emphasis.
- The submitted abstract must appear verbatim in the full paper.
- APA 7 style must be used throughout the manuscript.
Full papers accepted for the congress proceedings must be prepared using the official congress template and uploaded via the system. Authors wishing to publish in partner journals should consult the Publications section and submit directly to the relevant journal.
