1. The congress is an international academic event, and participation from Türkiye is limited to a maximum of 45% of the total accepted contributions.
2. Free Participation and Academic Qualification The congress is organized free of charge within the framework of supporting societal well-being, and is realized through voluntary cooperation with partner institutions and the support of sponsors. The congress meets the Associate Professorship (Doçentlik) criteria of the Interuniversity Board (ÜAK) and the Academic Incentive criteria of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
3. Committees and Official Appointments Official appointment letters for the Organizing Committee, Advisory Board, and Scientific Committee will be published in the appendices of the conference proceedings books.
4. Peer Review Process Both the abstract acceptance process and the full-text publication process will be conducted in accordance with a double-blind peer review system.
5. Publication The abstracts of accepted papers will be published in an ISBN-assigned Abstract Proceedings Book. Publication in the Full-Text Proceedings Book is optional. Authors may choose whether or not to submit the full text of their papers. Papers submitted as full texts will undergo a double-blind peer review process and, upon acceptance, will be published in an ISBN-assigned Full-Text Proceedings Book. For papers published in the Full-Text Proceedings Book, ethical committee approval is not required. In addition, the congress offers authors publication opportunities in various national and international academic journals. For journal publications, the relevant journal’s submission guidelines, ethical standards, and peer-review procedures shall apply. Authors are responsible for reviewing the publication policies and author guidelines available on the official websites of the respective journals prior to submission.
6. Fees and Participant Responsibilities Participation in the congress is free of charge. However, travel, accommodation, and related expenses are the responsibility of the participants.
7. Scientific Committee The Scientific Committee of the congress consists of a large number of national and international academics.
8. Mode of Participation The congress will be held in a hybrid format, allowing both face-to-face and online participation. Participants from countries outside the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) may attend online. Participants from within the TRNC are required to attend face-to-face.
9. Language Presentations may be delivered in Turkish or English. Paper manuscripts may also be prepared in Turkish or English.
